Adding one PCI card for hdmi video and for sound?

Hello All,

I have a 5.5-year-old Sony media desktop RB42G in a great shape. RAM is upgraded to 2GB.

I'd like to connect it to an external stereo system with HD TV screen and stream movies via HDMI cable. I have one PCI slot open.

The sound is now provided by the motherboard.

Please let me know which compatible cards are available.
